At Southern Delights by Michele, every item is baked fresh and made with care. Because our treats are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has left our bakery.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as baking has not already begun.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at 325-433-0180.

Refunds & Replacements

• If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

• We may issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion. Photos of the product may be requested to help us improve.

Custom & Special Orders

• All custom cakes and special orders require prepayment and are non-refundable once confirmed.

• If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us so we can work with you on a solution.
